G-Factor, the incubator-accelerator of Fondazione Golinelli, was part of the tenth edition of the Web Marketing Festival, the international fair dedicated to the world of innovation which brought together from 16 to 18 June professionals, companies, startups, universities, NPOs and institutions.
For the second edition, the G-Factor "Special Prize for Innovation and Science" was given during the Startup Competition. Antonio Danieli, CEO of G-Factor, gave the price to Jonni Malacarne, CEO of Ultra AI. The Italian startup has developed an artificial intelligence algorithm capable of analyzing ultrasound data in a few seconds and evaluating them according to a severity index associated with lung damage generated by the disease.
With a value of 5,000 euros, the award consists in:
- A direct access to the final selection phase of the evaluation for the Call For Innovation Life Science & Digital Health 2022, which includes a series of one-to-one meetings with representatives of the scientific, industrial and venture capital world and offers to selected startups 130K (90 cash and 40 kind);
- A temporary workstations at G-Factor (4 persons for 3 months) and 9 hours of a tailor made training. Preparations for the 2023 edition of the Web Marketing Festival have already started. More info are available on the official website.
